Most educated comedians in Kenya

Most people think that Kenyan comedians are not educated.

Due to their performances, many people see them as either primary or high school dropouts. You will be surprised to learn that most of them have degrees from Universities.

Here are some of the educated comedians that we have in Kenya.

Mc Jessy

MC Jessy, like his name, is an MC and a comedian. He hosts Churchill Raw and has his own Youtube show, Jessy Junction, where he brings in guests to talk about different issues. He graduated from Daystar University in 2019. MC Jessy was born and raised in Meru County.
Jasper Muthomi alias MC Jessy alongside other 686 graduands were today conferred at the Daystar University 41st graduation ceremony at Athi River campus.

Eric Omondi

Eric Omondi

Despite his dramatic life, Eric graduated from Daystar University. Eric is among the funny men that we have currently. Ever since he came into the limelight, Eric has managed to remain relevant in the industry.

This he has managed to do with his ability to reinvent himself and the content he produces.

Smart Joker

Churchill Show comedian graduated from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication. He became famous for his Luhya jokes.

Ithagu Kibicho, AKA Henry Desagu, is a comedian and a content creator. He graduated from Kenyatta University.

Jalang’o

Mzee Jalas Mwenyewe, as he refers to himself is another comedian who has been able to build much from his rather illustrious career.

The personality who doubles up as both an MC and Radio host recently graduated from Daystar University with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development.
