The second of President Yoweri Museveni’s children is Natasha Kainembabazi Museveni Karugire, an accomplished author, fashion designer, and film director. She also serves as the Private Secretary to the President of Uganda for Household Affairs.
Born in 1976, Natasha got married to businessman/lawyer Edwin Karugire in a flashy wedding in 2000. The couple welcomed their first child in 2001 but have kept their children away from the limelight and very little is known about them.
Patience Rwabwogo is Museveni’s third child and second daughter with his wife, Janet Museveni.
Born in 1978, Patience Rwabwogo is a senior pastor at the Covenant Nations Church. She got married to Odrek Rwabwogo in 2002. Her husband is a farmer, an entrepreneur, the Director of Tomosi group, and Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Duties.

Yoweri Museveni’s other children
Besides his four children with first lady Janet Museveni, some sources allege that Museveni has two more children with his alleged second wife identified as Enid Kukunda, a daughter called Dr. Angela Nagasha Kakishozi and a son only identified as Joel.
Angela Nagasha Kakishozi is a medical doctor who got married in February 2022 to Gen Henry Tumukunde’s son and was walked down the aisle by Museveni’s brother-General Salim Saleh. Joel on the other hand is an engineer but not much is known about him.
