Prince Henry Charles Albert David of Wales, born 15 September 1984 in London, is a Captain in the British Army Air Corps and the second son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. He attended the same schools as his older brother William and later also Eton College. In June 2003 he graduated with a degree in Art and Geography. Various slips accompanied by the media gave the sixth-placed in line to the British throne the nickname “Dirty Harry”.
He completed officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. From January 2009, Harry trained as a helicopter pilot with the British Air Force. On April 14, 2011, he was promoted to captain.
In November 2017, Prince Harry was officially engaged to American actress Meghan Markle. They had a royal wedding in May 2018, and Prince Harry was officially named Duke of Sussex, with his wife Meghan being the Duchess of Sussex since then. On October 15, 2018, just a few months after the wedding, it was officially announced that the two are expecting their first child together in spring 2019. Their son Archie Harrison was finally born healthy on May 6, 2019 in a London clinic.
